The meeting was held to present and discuss first experimental results and the work with the fellows. One fellow, Sandra Lucas, presented first approaches of her work on quantification and standardization of self-healing materials. Sandra is working as a post-doc at Fraunhofer UMSICHT and is staying in Paris as ESPCI for a secondment at the moment. The meeting was successful and further steps were agreed. In January a workshop on the assessment and quantification of self-healing materials is planned. The next project meetings will take place during the first training-school in July in Freiburg.
